Seven Feast Day Bundles are available. Each bundle is a small Saints Cyprian and Justina working kit prepared for the Feast of the Sorcerer Saint and the virgin martyr who defeated his sorcery.
What you receive:
- 1 Saint Cyprian medal.
- 1 Saint Cyprian prayer card from Brazil.
- 1 bottle of my Saint Cyprian relic ritual oil, steeped for five years in pure olive oil with seven sacred resins.
This is for uncrossing, spiritual protection, sorcerous study, exorcistic prayer, spirit-work boundaries, and devotional work at the crossroads of magic and sanctity. Use the oil to dress candles, anoint the medal, mark ritual tools, touch petitions, prepare the prayer card, or anoint yourself and your altar when the work has to move between the celestial, the infernal, and everything in between.
Saint Cyprian is not merely another holy intercessor. In the old Christian accounts, Cyprian begins as a master magician of Antioch, trained in the arts of enchantment, coercion, divination, and commerce with spirits. When he is hired to overcome Justina, every demonic art fails against her prayer and the sign of the Cross. Cyprian sees the limit of the powers he had served, burns his books, converts, becomes a bishop, and is martyred beside Justina.
That is why Cyprian has never stayed neatly inside one devotional category. In Orthodox and Catholic memory, he is the converted sorcerer and hieromartyr. In Portuguese, Spanish, and Galician folk magic, his name gathers around the Livro de Sao Cipriano and its related books of treasure hunting, exorcism, love magic, uncrossing, spirit work, and practical sorcery inside a Catholic frame. In Brazil and across Latin American occult practice, Sao Cipriano becomes one of the great sorcerer-saints: called on by workers who need knowledge of witchcraft, protection from witchcraft, and authority over the dangerous traffic between prayers, spells, saints, and spirits.
His name travels north as well. In Scandinavian folk magic, the little black books of charms and conjure were known as svarteboker, and many were called Cyprianus or Cyprianus art books. These were handwritten or copied collections of healing charms, protective formulas, spirit constraints, treasure lore, and dangerous black-book knowledge, often surrounded by legends of ministers, students, devils, and books that could not be burned or easily thrown away. Throughout the Christian world, Cyprian's name became shorthand for the book of forbidden practical power.
For conjure workers, occultists, and folk Catholics, he is a saint for people who know spiritual work is not always clean, soft, or polite. He resides at the edge of prayer and magic - a devoted route to Godly power who nonetheless has deep personal empathy for sorcerers, magicians and witches. Having a comprehensive knowledge of the black arts, he is master at counteracting and even reversing enchantments, black magic and witchcraft - and is a capable tutor and protector to those who seek deeper knowledge of what is hidden.
Why These Pieces Matter
The oil begins with pure olive oil and seven sacred resins: galbanum, three kinds of frankincense, labdanum, and two kinds of myrrh. Into that base went relic oil consecrated on the relics of Saints Cyprian and Justina, sourced from Ukraine through an Orthodox church devoted to the saints. The batch has steeped for five years.
The aroma is one of my favorites. It opens dark, earthy, and foreboding, with galbanum and labdanum at the front like Cyprian himself before the altar. Then, with heat and fervor, those green and resinous notes recede through the myrrh, and the frankincense rises after them, bright and glorious.
The medal gives the work a body: something to carry, pray over, wear, hang at the altar, or dress with oil when you need Cyprian's current close to the hand.
The Brazilian prayer card places the bundle inside the living popular devotion where Cyprian is not treated as a distant historical curiosity, but as a working saint of magicians, sorcerers, necromancers, diviners, and people trying to break or survive malefic work.
How To Work The Bundle
- Place the medal and prayer card on your altar for Saints Cyprian and Justina.
- Anoint the medal and card with the oil before carrying or wearing it.
- Dress a purple, black, white, or red candle in Cyprian's name, depending on the work.
- Use the oil for uncrossing, protection, spiritual command, study of magical arts, or devotional petitions.
- Keep the medal and prayer card where you pray, read, conjure, or perform spirit work.
Small batch: only seven bundles are available for this Feast Day release. Once this five-year oil batch is gone, this version is gone til next year.
