The Pentacles of Saturn are a series of esoteric figures given in the Greater Key of Solomon the King to conjure the Saturnine spirits.
Your 5" x 4" Pentacle will be prepared for you at an appropriate astrological Day and Time, when Saturn is in an appropriate position in the heavens. Your Pentacle will be made on goatskin parchment in Hebrew calligraphy.
The uses of the Pentacles of Saturn are given as:
The First Pentacle: This Pentacle is of great value and utility for striking terror into the Spirits. Wherefore, upon its being shown to them they submit, and kneeling upon the earth before it, they obey.
The Second Pentacle: This Pentacle is of great value against adversities; and of especial use in repressing the pride of the Spirits.
The Third Pentacle: This should be made within the Magical Circle, and it is good for use at night when thou invokest the Spirits of the nature of Saturn.
The Fourth Pentacle: This Pentacle serveth principally for executing all the experiments and operations of ruin, destruction, and death. And when it is made in full perfection, it serveth also for those Spirits which bring news, when thou invokest them from the side of the South.
The Fifth Pentacle: This Pentacle serveth principally for executing all the experiments and operations of ruin, destruction, and death. And when it is made in full perfection, it serveth also for those Spirits which bring news, when thou invokest them from the side of the South.
The Sixth and Seventh Pentacles are used only to cause great destruction and hardship, and are not offered here.
