Thanks for contributing to the Conjure Shop Database project! To begin, just read the steps below and get started at your own pace!

1. Make sure you're signed into your google account/gmail address

2. Open a new browser tab/window with the Survey Form:

3. Use one of the links below to bring up a Google search list of local shops for you to contact.

4. Pick a shop, give them a call, and complete the survey form, making sure you've received the submission confirmation screen.

5. Go back to Step 4 and continue until you're ready to stop!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to stay in my geographical area?
No! It's suggested you work in an area you're familiar with to more easily verify data, but it is not required, and you may conduct your search in any area(s) you wish.
What about duplicates?
Of course, we prefer you submit new information (ie shops that are not listed yet), but at this early stage, duplicates between contributors are accepted and welcomed as verification. As we move further into the project, we will add additional measures to ensure only unique contributions are received.
Duplicate contributions made by the same contributor will be counted only as a single contribution.
A REMINDER ON YOUR COMPENSATION
1. We receive your submissions according to to the Gmail address you're logged in to when you submit responses
2. We process and verify the submissions
3. Every other Friday, we issue credit for the submissions made since the previous Friday, according to the following scale:
$2 of store credit for each complete submission
PLUS
An additional bonus of:
$20 for 10 or more, or
$30 for 20 or more, or
$40 for 30 or more
Note: the bonus count resets every other Friday
Note 2: you will receive only the largest bonus you qualify for
