I think there was something wrong with my wick. I lit it and did everything per instructions, but within a minute, it quickly burned a fast hole about a quarter of the way into the candle. Afterwards, I couldn’t get it to light. Kind of disappointing, but it’s obvious how much craftsmanship and energy went into this product.
